Returns & Refunds

All of our film is original stock sourced from manufacturer suppliers within Australia. We keep all our film in cold storage and within expiry dates.

Australian consumer law sets out various guidelines that Australian business must follow in regards to refunds, exchanges, returns etc for Australian customers. Please see https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees/repair-replace-refund for further information.

Faulty Items:

If you find that your ordered items do not meet manufacturer standards, please get in touch with us.

Although due to the perishable nature of film, we cannot offer exchanges or returns on items with packaging opened or film that has been used.

If there is a manufacturing defect, please let us know. Although we are not liable for manufacturing deficiencies, we would like to see the issues so we can forward it to the manufacturer.


Change Of Mind:

If you have changed your mind, we may offer you an exchange or refund giving that the merchandise is in saleable condition, that is it is undamaged or unused with all original sealed packaging or tags attached and where the product seal is not broken or tampered.

The return shipping for change of mind will be at the cost of the customer and once received our team members will assess the item to determine whether a refund or exchange will be offered. Please note that delivery is non-refundable for change of mind returns.
